Chevy rear leaf springs

I have a Chevy 3/4 ton truck and was wondering if anyone knows how much it would lift my truck if I put some rear leaf srpings on the front. I will move the shackles back so it wont bend, had probs with a friends blazer in the middle of a trail doing that.

i'd guess close to 4-5" but aren't the rear spring a totally different eye-pin-eye measurement than the front?

Are they? I was just told that they wern't as wide so put some washers in place and custom fab some shackles. But If they are totaly different then I might not want to do it. Thanks for the help.
