So, do you like Chip Dip?

ie, Ranch, Clam, French Onion, Bacon Ranch, etc.

If so what kind and where do you buy it?

Discuss.... :D

Here's what you do.

1 lrg can refried beans.
2 cans of frito jalepeno cheese dip (don't be a wuss, it's not that hot at all)
1 smoked sausage (slice into tiny bite sizes)

Mix all in a crock pot and dip your favorite tortilla chip in it. Best dip ever.

You can thank me later.

With the garden we have we make our own salsa, fresh and bottled, green and red, hot and mild.

I also make my own clam dip, it's to die for... :D

I buy, guacamole dip and just love that cheese dip...

This is what I do. I haven't tried the sausage though so I'll have to ASAP :)

My Mom's Clam Dip Recipe

2 Philly cream cheeses (don't try and use another brand or a low-fat!!!)
2 cans minced clams (drain the juice of one of the cans and then just add to the desired consistency)
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp lemon juice

(When I make it, I only use 1 can of clams and I buy a bottle of clam juice (it's by the lemon juice) and then just add enough juice to make it the consistency we want.)

Fry up 1 lb of your favorite ground sausage. Sometimes I use Jimmy Dean sage, sometimes I use the sausage with bacon ground in it.

Melt 1 lb Velveeta cheese.

Mix the two.

Mix in one can of Rotella diced tomoatoes, I like to use the really spicy ones

Tell the cholesterol police (always present in my home...) to go away.

1-2 cans of Cambell's Nacho Cheese
1/2-whole onion (I like red but will do sweet too)
1 red pepper
1 orange pepper
Tbs garlic pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 can of diced roasted tomatoes
1 small can of diced Green Chilis

Mix nacho cheese, tomatoes, Chilis, garlic pepper, and salt in a pot on Med heat, as you chop up then sauté the onions and peppers. I sometimes put garlic pepper over them as I sauté them. Add onions and peppers to mix and serve.

I like Mission tortilla chips the best, but I find the cheap $1.88 ones at Smith's a great value for their good taste and inexpensive-ness.

Where do you set up shop? The middle section? What's the name of the stand?

Sorry to jack this thread...

Mama Linda's Chili Verde.
We are the second yellow square at the bottom(which is actually on the North end(300 S.)) above the Info booth sign.
