Jeep CJ vacuum assist brakes

The vacuum assist is not doing anything on my CJ. I am getting vacuum pressure, but with the hose on or off the brakes feel the same. Is there anything to check or replace? Or do I just replace the booster?

sounds like the diaphram has a leak in it or it has split...

Just replace it and it should work fine...

Can just the diaphram be replaced or do you replace the whole unit?

I have a CJ power brake unit in the basement if you want to try it out.
