One of my favorite places to eat is Lucky 13. I hope this is similar, at least as far as the food goes.

In a way, Lucky is kind of our blueprint. We're not doing burgers and fries, but we are trying to do one or two things, variations of them, and do them really well. We don't intend to have a full restaurant style menu. We are doing made-in-house sausages (brat's, italian, suffolk, etc), hot italian beef sandwiches, and then a selection of apps and a couple salads and lighter options for those that don't want so much meat.

Brats and draft sounds good. Usually hit Sigfrieds for lunch a couple times a month for brats and Pinkus in a bottle.
