Stop right there. Since you already cut the top off, you have lost all integrity that was designed into the chassis from the get go. There is only one way to make it strong agin, by throwing tons(seriously) of metal into it. So go ahead and do all that, and now you rig is pushing 5, maybe 5.5k lbs. What axles are you gonna run to hold all that mass? Rockwells? Camo 60's?K85k03 said:I have this cherokee. that I bought from a friend he roled it and he only had 500 miles on the 4" lift. My advice, is to take the drive train out, and build a buggy. Maybe buy one of the Henderson chassis for 1500 bones, and throw your goods in it. You will be ahead by at least 5 thousand bones.
