I recently (about 6 months ago) bought a rebuilt engine from a guy in California with a $350 core charge. I sent him my core three months ago and he wont send me my core charge or even an invoice for the purchase. He keeps saying I sent it or I will send it, but bottom line nothing has shown up. It is in California, so I can't just swing by and pick it up. I've been calling him 2-3 times per week and the best I get is an occasional message on Pirate. What can I do? I'm at a loss as to where to start.
