I have been to lazy to post a build up thread, but I was finally able to stretch the scout out a little.
I am not really sure the best way to adjust slider stops. I have 42" under the front tire (that is a 37" MTR) I still have 3" up travel on the shock.
Not too shabby I guess.

Finally starting to feel close.

Next is to but the body back on.:D

Looking good! Is that a HF winch I see on the rear? Plan on replacing that cable with synthetic rope--I broke my cable first trip out. (HF winch works great though)

haha yes it is a HF special....good to know... I am actually tapped for funds so I was going to try and get by on the cable...might have to rethink that. How much rope do you have spooled on there? Source?

A couple of other pics...
I did end up mounting the shocks on the steering arms...

You can certainly run the cable, it shouldn't really damage anything if/when it does fail. I have around 10-15 feet of 1/4" Amsteel Blue on mine, got it from Rockstomper. It's not expensive in the small size and short length.

The answer will be one, if you find a blind one first!

With stuff like that I wonder how many are knowledgeable enough to point out issues. Mud flap it, fender flare it, make sure the lights work, and see what happens.

Blind or in need of a big tip. It is OK to tip those guys... right... upfront-_- :ugh:

I can't tell you what would be an issue, at least not according to code?? It will have a defroster, flaps, fenders, bumpers, working lights/horn, 23" to the frame, seat belts, e-brake...

That is all I can see that needs to be covered in the code?? Best I can tell full hydro is not illegal?

Still have a lot left to do, not the least of which is figuring out these messes. Any one done anything cool for a tranny tunnel?
