computer guys!!!

So i'm building a new computer and i just wanted to know what you all think! ..

just ordered
sick antac case
I7 2.66ghz
evga x58 mobo
6 gigs 1600 mhz
2-500 gig drives.. raided
750w corsair psu
9400 gt 512... im not a gamer just want duel monitors!

OH and a 28" 1080p hdmi lcd monitor


how did i do?

Other than the monitor, not bad at all One of the changes I would make would be the drives. Drives are cheap enough that I would do atleast 4 500 gig and do a raid 10, then you get performance and redundancy. Actually I personally would do atleast 1TB drives (x4) since I'm already almost out of space on my NAS that has 1.5TB (4x500GB in a Raid 5) as it is

I need an effin OS now And since drives are cheap, probably 2 more 1 TB drives.

And this will be plugged into my 42" Toshiba.......and maybe my 22" LG. Who knows.

Why not just load OSX86 on it, Nothing to lose with that one. PCBSD is also awesome, but if you game not-so-awesome.

Eh, I was more looking along the line's of deals and I was okay with the price on what I got.

Hopefully I like the the GB mobo as well. BIL has been telling me they're good.

As for Win 7......too far off! Need something in the next couple weeks
