Huge congratulations to Kurt, the team at Canguro Racing and everyone that was involved in rebuilding, testing & turning and finally racing the car in the Baja 1000! Finishing the Baja 1000 is a massive accomplishment, congrats for pulling it off!

Thanks everyone, its been an amazing adventure! I'll post up some details and some pics soon. I'm running on a couple of hours sleep in the last 3 days.

Congrats to Kurt and the whole team.
They probably will sleep for a week after the orthopedic specialist get done making adjustments.

I worked the course in 1976 when Ivan Stewart won and only about 40% finished. What was the attrition rate this year?

We were the last car out of 11 in our class to finish, and we took 3rd! A brutal 1121 miles that Canguro made its bitch. :)

Thanks again everyone, its been a long time in the making and I could never have done it without all of the support, my wife, family, friends and customers. A huge thanks to our support/chase crew, these guys had to drive thousands of miles on sketchy roads, with nearly zero sleep for 48 hours or more. We sacked nearly 4200 miles of driving in the last 10 days
