Is that a B-1A or B-1B? It look like an A because of the engine nacelles, but the fact that its dropping a cluster munitions makes me think B.

Right, the B-1A was was cut by the Carter administration, which considered it too expensive. It was designed to be a supersonic nuclear weapons delivery vehicle aiming to replace the B-52. The B-1 was revived by the Reagan administration (as the B-1B), but was redesigned as a low level sub-sonic bomber. You can tell the difference between the two by looking at the engine nacelle's. The A's were more round than the B's.
