How do you know it's a Coopers, and not a Sharp-Shinned?

Honestly, I don't know it is, just think it is. Mostly because of the body shape, position of the head in flight and the position of the eye - it's well towards the front of the head and usually looks like it is more centered in a sharp shinned. Sharp shinned don't have the full heavy body like this one either, they are more of an all shoulders bird. Plus, this one had it's head well forward in flight, sharp shinned pull their heads back in more.

Heck if I really know though! Maybe it is a sharp shinned.
