could use some help here; talkin' anti-sway bars

After some internet searchin' i'm kinda lost and would like someone with real experience to chime in.
Looking for some anti-rock sway bars for the rear of my YJ. It's stretched out over 100 with some air shocks out back fitting 37s. It wheels great but the rear is mushy and i figure some anti sway bars are the ticket. Like the kind rock crawlers use eh?
So who to get them from?
I'm not too worried about installation as i figure it'll be a custom job and i'll figure that out,,,but am worried about it fitting with the lift.

I was going to do something like that to the rear of my toyota but i just fine tuned my air shocks with thicker and more oil, and it worked out alright.

I have been looking at building one for the front of my XJ. I found this website for builder parts.

Now I need to learn how to calculate the torsion bar rate. Anyone know how to calculate this? Has anyone else built one for an XJ?
