Crashed my XJ. Help me with insurance questions?

Last night I crashed the front end of me Jeep in to a 1983 Town Car that was in the middle of an intersection. I may have run a red light, although I swear it was green and I have a witness who said it was green. The problem is, the the witness who says I ran a red happens to be the chief of police in Woods Cross. He was stopped waiting for her to turn left. Which means, he had no way of knowing if I had the green or if she had a green turn arrow.

Anyway.... That is not my main problem. My questions are. What now? My Jeep got towed to DeWaal's in Centerville. I keep hearing bad things about that place. They are a body shop. I need to make sure that everything gets built back right. My control arms might be screwed. My steering is all jacked up. The axle might be bent. Definately need a fender, bumper, and grill. I need to make sure that my insurance pays for the right stuff and that it gets fixed by someone who knows what they are doing. I don't want it coming back with a stock flare. I had Bushwhackers on there. Those took a while to install right.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I borrow a trailer and go get it from the place they towed it to?

Funny part is, I just made a deal on buying some axles that are geared and have a locker from a guy. Also I have my eye on a custom front winch bumper. I'm glad I didn't have those on yet.

Sorry for all the questions. I hope someone has been through this. This is my first wreck.

You get to choose who does the work on your vehicle. Dewaals does the tow and usually gets a chance to bid on doing the work. Most insurance companies require 3 estimates to get the work done unless the work is done by an 'approved' shop for them. Lots of options and you can do about anything you want. It's your vehicle.

I talked to the adjuster, he said I can take it where I want. Any ideas on shops that will be able to fix it up right with the correct parts? Rubicon express lift parts, bushwhacker, stock steering (I'd like to get that upgraded through this process if possible).
