We did the Maze on Friday and Milts Mile on Saturday. Marc Bryson showed us what his suspension looked like when the jeep lays down while on the Maze. I tryed to do the same with the Blazer but stopped in time. I was too scared to get out and take pictures! Maybe somebody will add theirs. Eb101 (Steve) broke a rear u-joint and straps. Between about three rigs we found half a ujoint, caps for a ujoint and straps, then he drove right out. Abhaulr1? had a bad day, broken trans and rollover loosing his windshield. He was towed back, and he bought a trans and installed it at the Hotel. He was ready for Saturday. Man he is fast!

Saturday we ran the Milts Mile. I think the name comes from the length of our rigs at the fairgrounds. We had some damaged rigs on this trail. Eb101, broke a knuckle and we had provisions on the trail to weld it back together using three batteries in series to get 36 volts. It was sufficient to get him to the trailer. (I take no credit for this repair) I learned something today about welding! A Jeep from Hawaii broke two axles, I had a broken steering box and some other smaller mishaps.

Please add your pictures and videos!

Hey, I didn't know that was you. I was riding passenger in the big green and white bronco. That was a great ride. We also had our tail gunner break a D60 axle, and two sami's broke on milts mile saturday.

Yep, broke the back of the trans off on the Maze. Was being towed out and tipped it. The 3rd pic was from Milts Mile on sat waiting in line to go. Swapped the trans in the parking lot of the hotel, got done about 9:30 pm. Made it to the Fairgrounds for saturdays run. Had to kick the windshield out. Was a Dam cold ride on the road to the trail head. Wanted to thank Steve and Rick Russel for towing me out and back to the hotel. And also to Gentileman that took the time to get ahold of KC. Thanks to KC (Shop on the corner of Main and State in Hurricane Ut) for finding me a trans and bringing it to me with a trans jack. Great service! Thanks to Rick(ricsrx and his son and son-in-law) for going and getting me some trans fluid and offering to help. Thanks to Nick and Scott Schaffer for allowing me to park my yota at Scotts house in St. George and Nick giving my wife and I a warm ride home to Tooele. Thanks to Bear and Gary Taylor for there help. I want to thank the many at the Crawlfest for there well wishes and support. The 4x community was great and i'll be back next year to finish The Maze!!
