Cross Country Vehicle Transport

Anyone know of a company that is reasonable in price for transporting a vehicle cross country? I would be moving a classic truck from Phoenix, AZ to Detroit, MI.

if you look through ebay there are a couple companies that are offered there. I think (from what I have checked out) it usually ends up running $1000+...does the truck run, if not then that adds more to the cost, and so does the loading and dropping points...just some FYIs

I know a local guy here that owns a transport co. I think it's a lot less than $1000. I've got his number at work; I'll email it tomorrow. The name of the place is Auto Driveaway (may be in phone book.) His name is Scott.

I'm living in Detroit now....the truck is at my folk's house in Phoenix. Think this guy would still transport it?

SUPR--It doesn't run, no motor/trans.

OK, I just talked to him, he said it would probly be around $900 if it was a full size truck.
