This started out as a 2004 Thor Pak rat 221TB (if you google that model capacities & specs are easy to find)
Since purchasing this camper I made a few changes, first was removing the cheesy decking & fenders, I also pulled the 3500 lb axles out,
New 6000 lb axles were installed, when they were installed I moved the axles back approx 18 inches for better weight distribution,
Next the deck was completely redone with 1/8" tread plate,
All the lights on the deck portion of the trailer are new LED units,
For more info on what all I have done on this trailer the build thread can be seen here.

A few things that have changed since the build & was not updated in the build thread,
1, Both axles now have electric brakes, I added new hubs/drums & brake assemblies to the second axle July of last year,
2, I was tired of the swelly belly look, so I reverse arched the main frame rails,
3, There is not longer a fuel cell in the front storage area,
4, out door light by the side door was replaced with a vision X LED, it works real nice for a porch light.
5, Replaced tires with newer 15" rubber.

Pros
This thing pulls great, loaded or empty,
The camper part has a lot of amenities for a small area,
Center of the dove tail having a different slope works well for loading lower vehicles,
Cons,
The exterior shower head is cracked, I think I forgot to drain the head out last winter, the valves are fine & everything works as they should, but the shower head itself has a visual crack & slight leak when used.
If I get a chance I will replace this before the trailer goes,

This is the most recent pic I have of the trailer, (2500 miles round trip to Canada & back)

Trailer is located in northern Nevada, $9,000.00 OBO

Here are a few interior shots,
