She like the looks of the SRT but I feel the trail blazer might be a smarter decision, I know the LS engine very well where I know nothing about the 6.1 hemi
 
The brakes on the SRT8 are cool... until you go to replace them, or so I've heard. Pads are expensive, and they tend to go quick with those massive calipers.

If it were me, I'd probably lean toward the TBSS... the hitch adds a lot of versatility.
 
A buddy has an SS that they tow with all the time, their son races in the Lucas series and they are always towing his race truck around UT, NV, and I think even to Cali. They really like it and it's smooth enough that his wife drives it regularly.
