it only needs to be turned down a little bit. you will want a nice tight fit.

When I did the disc conversion on mine, I used CJ rotors, and Chevy S-10 front calipers. Seems to work just fine, other than no E-brake :ugh: By the way, I took the rotors to a machine shop & had them enlarge the center hole to fit over the 60 hubs. Didn't cost too much.

I would like to see the tahoe rotors, I have used gm and ford frt rotor, just have to machine the outside of the axle flange down so the rotor will fit over it. Or you can use frt studs, drill the axle flange out and put the rotors on the back side of the flange.
So we are having to machine both the hub and the outer part of the flange to make it fit inside the rotor.
