Deep Creek Range 4x4 trails?

Quite the opposite actually, late precipitation usually pushes Spring into June, look at last year.

You mean last year when we had a 180" base at this time? I think in general, our seasons seem to have shifted by about a month. Seems like winter starts a month later, and summer doesn't get rockin until July (obviously not scientific, just an observation). Last year was an anomaly....a rad, snow filled, anomaly.

I've only been around the Deep Creek's once and it didn't strike me as a place that had much in the way of fishing opportunities. Very remote though. Hopefully I'll have another rig and some spare time by spring so I can do a little more exploring out that way.

I think Granite Canyon would be too easy and Goshute Canyon too hard. Toms Canyon is the one I'd pick. None of them are loops.
I did all of them (and more) last year. I can guide or send GPX files if it will help.

Is Tom's Canyon open? It was my understanding that it does not appear on the most recent Travel Management Plan... it would be the better route versus Goshute.

there r lots of loops u can make there u can loop threw blue mas and gravel and chin creek and the creek that runs threw the valley hes fish deep creek is were my family is from

Like Eddie said. Tom's is open up to the wilderness boundary. The BLM has closed some switch back shortcuts and a couple of side trails though. No big loss from what I could see.

if i trail rated toms id say a 3 plus maybe 4 and a good place to get some real nice pics

If I were to assign a rating to the Tom's Canyon trail, it would be a 3+ or perhaps 4. It is also quite picturesque.
