Back on April 26th I attended a Jeep Run put on by the Notch Peak Desert Dogs in Delta, Utah. When I first heard about the event lets just say I was Hesitant about attending. I had never been to Delta nor did I have plans to ever go to Delta and what a mistake that would have been. I really had nothing else to do so I packed the Kids and the Jeep up and hit it. When we arrived at the Fairgrounds I was astonished at the Rock Crawling course they have setup for anyone to go play on. These guys are serious about crawling and you can tell by the setup they have and the investment that went into it. The run was about 150 miles and we hit about every type of terrain a Jeeper could ask for. Everything from slick rock type stuff to mountain type stuff including a little snow. The guides were knowledgeable and freindly and kept us informed of what was around us. If you like Moab then you will like Delta. If you have a chance I Highly reccomend hitting this you will not be dissapointed. I have included some links about the area and will be posting some pictures soon.
