Well it was all done by hand back then you Had to have a template or you reinvented the wheel. Oh and you cant tell you did not like the shows when you were a kid.

I'd image that there was a massive process to create those movies. I've heard that they filmed them with live actors, then artists reconstructed the movements on paper using the film and photos for reference.. That had to suck..

I honestly don't think i've ever watched Snow White, but most those others would've been regularly viewed by me and siblings back in the day..

Maybe it was done on purpose to see if people would catch it. You've all heard about (and probably seen a lot of them) the subliminal messages in nearly every Disney film, right?

I'd say that's a template WIN, for Disney. :D All the old (like before about '87 or so) cartoons were done frame by frame. I've done some animation and it is a B*TCH, very laborious... but there wasn't any other way to do it then. The massive proliferation of graphics programs has made a lot of things waaaayyy easier to do--- coloring the frames for instance... Lots of cheap animation being made now, that Qubo Channel is full of them. :D
