No I don't want to tow going 95 What I am saying is that I just want the power when I need it, I drive this truck also as a DD without towing, and also I know that when you do any type of modification that you risk have some of these problems, what I am saying that I'm not looking to do everything that he did, I am going to be keeping it mild. Also with most of these upgrades it also increases you MPG.

try doing guages, exhaust then intake. it will make a difference in how fast the turbo spools. which inturn will make the truck perform better over all.

... I now need to decide what route I should go for the Exhaust any Recommendations?

Straight pipe it... :D

I ditched the resonator & muffler for about 65" of 3" pipe. I noticed that the engine breathes alot eaiser when you get into the higher RPM's. I've heard straight piping causes you to loose some power down low, due to less back pressure. I haven't noticed that... but I did notice the gain on the top end.

It does make your rig pretty loud, so you might want to listen to one before you decide to do it. I like the sound though, but I feel sorry for anyone next to me, with their windows down... especially when I'm accelerating! :D (On a positive note, it drowns out the annoying sound of those Ricers with coffee cans on their tailpipes!)

I had JR's Custom Muffler, in Orem do mine. It was about $60-70. They do killer work & would recommend them to anyone.

BTW... I noticed my mileage increase, but it may have been due to the Injector Cleaner I ran thru the engine the same time I straight piped my Cummins. Mabey it was the combo of both... ?

But, my mileage isn't the best it can be... I like the sound so much I have a hard time being light on the throttle.
