If memory serves me right you jump on Redwood Rd and drive way way South till you pass Utah lake, roughly 4 minutes later you turn right onto a dirt road, follow that down, you'll see some rock to the left that's fun to play on, play, then follow the road some more and turn right down ...

You should also see a big ol ranch or something like it out there by mile marker 7. When I went out there about 3 weeks ago there was some construction going on down the dirt road and they had a huge work lamp that pretty much lit up downtown Las vegas. I don't know if that is still there, but if you see that.... You know you're there!
I wanted to steal the lamp and bolt it up to my brush guard on my jeep!
