Dismounting and Mounting a Tire in the Garage

I raised the dead to help answer a question. Since I wrote this thread I have mounted and dismounted many, many tires and have saved a buck or two in the process.

I couldn't remember where I saw the idea of using the hi-lift to do this... now I know. I've used the "Shawn Tire Mount Method" several times with varying results, but mostly successful.
