Wanted Ditra Tile underlayment

I just purchased my first home!! Now for all the renovation and such! There's a few things I want to do before I move in and this tile needs to go! I got some tile all I need is a few things to get me started. I really only need about 13 sqft, hoping someone has a quarter roll of Ditra tile underlayment left that I could buy from them.
And any tile experts opinion on this little laundry spot would be appreciated!
