Here, I'll post on subject..... I hear that the Maxxis trailer tires roxor, but they are on back order (at least the bias ones are) How big of a tire can you run on the trailer? I have some awesome radials on a goose neck, they are Hankook 14ply radials, but I doubt that they are > trailer fender

I like to run 235's and have had good luck with bias, I do have somewhat limited clearance as evidenced by a little fender rubbing turning into a tire eating massacre!

Yeah, I prefer bias... those are the only radials I've seen that I would run on purpose. I think they are 235 16, but I'm sure the make other sizes. the only thing I don't like about them is that it's hard to tell when they are low on air IIRC the trailer weighs 8k and the tire has to get below 10lbs before it's noticeably low.
