Does anyone sell DIY 16.5 beadlock Rings?

Even if someone does, you dont want them. 16.5's have horrible bead seating problems. Not enough bead surface on the rims or the tires to make them worth the time to do. Go with a 16" or 17" rim instead.
Also on another note it's fun to put a 16" dia. tire on a 16.5" rim ;) ..I've seen many tires rip apart while trying to seat the bead on the rim. Talk about a BIG BANG.

wouldnt' the tire just pop off the inner bead?

actually there are some factory steelies that have a normal inner bead, making them a perfect candidate for DIY beadlocks...however I still think the best thing for 16.5s is hummer rims with inserts ;)

Try going to rockstomper.com it is a colorado based company and I know they have 16.5 beadlock kit for sale. Not sure on the price but it is DIY kit.

I'll be SHOCKED if/when I lose a bead on the 16.5 H1 wheels.

A friend of mine runs 44's on a set of 16.5" TR beadlock wheels, even at 6-8psi on his 5500 lb rig he's never lost an inner bead.

when I had my 16.5" TR beadlocks, I would loose my inner bead just sitting there in my garage...the only thing I could think of was I had never driven on them so they hadn't fully seated yet...BUT I would air them up WAY high (like 75 PSI) to get them to seat and they would still loose the inner bead...

You could add your own safety bead to any steel rim easy enough. Some people weld small diameter rod where a safety bead should be. You could also build a jig and lay a nice weld bead down.

I just did this on a set, I used 3/16" round steel but I have not had a chance to try them out yet. The only problem I came across is that the wheels I used started to taper down immeditately after the outer bead lip. We'll see what happens.
