Idaho finally got with it and cracked down, used to be driving w/o priveleges was a felony third time as was DUI and .10 or higher was DUI. Now they have reduced driving w/o priveleges from a felony, as they were filled with driving, less DUI and more DWP in the prisons, and DUI, .o8 -.15 is single offense; .16-.23 is second offense, and .24-+ is third offense/felony. So if on your first conviction your are .24 or higher, felony. Done. second offense, you are .16 or higher, felony, so on and so forth. I believe the felony carries a minimum of three years prison, usually suspended,(6 month rider is typically in a Boot camp or work camp) and your driving privileges are suspended for the whole three years.
