Drop in gas mileage on Dodge Diesel

What would cause my gas mileage to drop quite a bit just out of the blue? I was getting like 16 or so in the city now it is suddenly like 10. It is a 2003 dodge ram 2500 quad cab. It only has 30,000 miles.

Lift pump might have ate the dust. Check your fuel pressure after the LP.

mite have a clogged up fuel filter or way dirty air filter

I took the truck in yesterday for an oil change and ended up having the diffs done, tranny and transfer case flushed, fuel system cleaned injectors etc, new fuel filter and had the tires rotated hopefully this helps.
