I still have the other receiver, and the one I ordered is on backorder. I ordered the ONKYO TXSR 605 ( http://www.us.onkyo.com/model.cfm?m=TX-SR605&class=Receiver&p=i ). My house is small and I don't need any more power to run what I have. That receiver up converts from analog to HDMI (and component too) and uses hdmi 3.1 with 2 switching audio/video hdmi inputs. It's compatible with all of the digital audio formats too.
It will do everything I need it to do and I can mount everything in a closet and have 1 HDMI running to my TV on the wall. Zero wires showing, zero equipment showing, zero useful space taken up. When you only have 950 square feet, thats a concern.
