Well After swaping in a axle and leafs up front on my 4runner as well as 35's, new front shocks and a rear locker this was the first time out, and it rocked. We went down thursday afternoon and came back sunday, we did hell's revenge for our first trail, and this was my first trip to moab, so alot of first:) It was So much fun, we then did porcipine rim, and had a delicious dinner at Eddie McStiff's and headed back to camp. Next day we met a Guy with a newer Dakota that had a SAS and coils all around, lots of other goodies, he will be in the next issue of Petersens Off road Mag, any way we went to do cliff hange with him but it was closed so we did Hell's revenge again then did cliffhanger at night. I all so did Baby's lions back really short but easy and fun:p I hoped to see some people off RME but if i did i didn't reconize you, i was in my grey 4runner and with a Green ZJ and a Ruby red ZJ and a Grey one too. Any ways heres some pics, mostly from Hell's Revenge:eek:

The 3rd Pic is me climbing out a one of Devils hot tubs, the next one is the Sweney Brothers Tuff country Truggy making the escalator look like a bump in the road, seriously, they walked up it with out any hesitation or slowing down, and it was especially cool because right before a guy in a bronco couldn't do it and struggled for like 20 mins before being whiched out, and the next one is a bunch of drunk guys doing tip over challenge in a stock ZJ, they actually made it! The second to last one was amazing, ever watch a near stock tracker drive out of mickey's hot tub with only some people pulling on a tow strap? we did

Looks like fun. I believe you are coming out of the Car Wash hot tub. The big one after that is the Devils, and then Mickey's is further down.

That rig is looking really good, hells revenge is one of my favorite trails, easy or hard, forward or backwards, day or night. Oh and that damn escalator is an axle eater. I can't wait to get mine all back together. Looks like a lot of fun.

it was a tracker and he had about a billion people pulling on a strap and cheering him on... lame reason to block the trail IMO
taking the strap is one thing but pulling into an obstacle knowing you absolutely can not do it without the strap is silly

i saw the dakota and liked the idea of a new dakota being built but it was really high and really wide. looked nice though

Looks like a good time. My fav trail is hell's. You shoulda ran ecalater, most yotas just walk it:) As for Mc stiffy's, they do have some good beer but the food isn't that great and its very expensive. And now that I know about not liking jeepers i'm not going back!;)

whoops i always mix up WJs and ZJs thanks sean they all look the same to me. As for the Eddie Mc Stiffs i had no idea they were anti 4X4 i just tought the food was pretty good, i don't drink so the beer didn't matter to me, but i did think that is would be funny if woody's down the street bought it and renamed it woody's stiffs hahahaha. Oh and i love hells revenge to, and yes the dakota was to tall for my taste and was very wide

There's some pretty good shots of that on the Moab Action Shots website. BTW, that guy was Skip Herzog, and I believe is related to well known RMEer here.

haha i totally should have realized that was you. yeah i hate to be "that guy" passing people on the trails but i had no interest in watching a stock tracker get pulled out of mickeys by a billion people on a strap. i didn't see any other rme rigs on the trails but i saw cheston's scout/tow rig and mbryson's rig in town

No worries i hate it when people stop and block the trail too, i was trying to stay out of the way, but we weren't stopped because of the tracker there was some others doing it before hand and right when we were leaving thats when the tracker went in, i just wanted to see it tip Hhhaaahaha Plus i pretty sure he had a locker in the back, he did some other crazy climb right before that
