So besides not spending money at these places, which I am all in favor of doing. What else is being done or is being done to combat this?

Also - I believe the Chevron that ended up on the original list is not a suwa supporter and if I remember correctly they made a huge stink about it and went after them for falsely adding them to their list of supporters. Anybody have information on this?

The owners of the Chevron (and the sandwich shop inside, which was listed as a separate business on the SUWA letter) were one of the few people who spoke up after the letter came out. They felt they were genuinely tricked into verbally offering support for the letter even though they never saw the actual text. Moabilia was another business falsely listed on the letter. Those were the only two businesses on the original letter that would go on the record that their "support" was gained through false pretenses.
