Suka's rig was sitting in the hotel parking lot with a tarp over it on Saturday. That's all the information I can contribute.

Klif (Tim?)--yeah, i saw ya. I didn't want to rear end someone in my unlicensed un-insured rig w/o fenders or tail lamps so I didn't turn around to wave.

Tim, hey we tried finding you friday night @ bartlett wash, atleast I think it was bartlett wash, it was very dark. We found quite a few people but didn't see ya. We ended up camping just off Potash road, man were there TONS of people there. Pretty much hung out at Potato Salad on Saturday and watched 3 rollovers and a 4 runner rolling backwards down the hill(the engine was dead and thus no power brakes) and slammed right into a really nice FJ40 that was waiting to go up. It was hillarious. Thousands of people there though, it was so crazy. Had a blast though. Anybody know of any rolls on Bump Dump on Saturday? Anybody else get caught in the mess heading out of bump dump/lions back area saturday around 5? It took us like 45 minutes to get from lions back to main street. Not fun!

HE DIDNT ROLE HIS RIG. HIS BUDY RILEY DID WITH SUKA IN IT AT 3 IN THE MORNING NIGHT RIDE SUKA WAS ASLEEP NO SEAT BELT AND NO TOP ON THE TJ. TALKED TO THEM BOTH ON SATERDAY AND SUNDAY, STILL SUKA, DIDNT SLOW HIM DOWN MUCH. AND THEY ARE STLL DRIVING RILEYS RIG AROUND TOWN AND 0N THE TRAILS TOO NOT MUCH DAMAGE BUT A ROLE OVER IS ROLE OVER AND BROKEN RIBS STILL HURT.

I'm not sure if I would lay claim to that hunk of hacked-up metal that takes up valued shop space at Rocklogic.

who needs a frame when you have a skinny pedal and 8 cylinders?

Hey thanks for the concern..
Just got back last night at 12:00
Holy Crap.....
What a week....
Tons of Tits, wheelin, Broken ribs and strained Neck..
Whew I made it though...
Riley rolled his TJ on a night run I was riding with him...
We had a bomb fire at a camp spot in the middle of the trail and i was still tired from working on all the stufff around here to get eveyone down to Moab from this shop and I went to sleep in the passenger seat without my seat belt on and seat leaned all the way back and figured when we left i would wake up or be woken up....
NOPE
Next thing I know I'm eating glass and getting smacked around something fierce....OUCH.
I had to spend the night in the hospital and next day in bed but due to Morphine I was able to wheel the rest of the weekend.

One other thing. The weather was very iffy. It snowed friday then hailed and rained a little bit. But for the most part it was just cold and overcast

I didn't mind the weather all that bad, I had the hard top off the cruiser all weekend and never wore anything but shorts and a hoody, threw the beanie on when it started to hail. Saturday and Sunday were awesome days. I think I would have been a little more picky if we camped outside, but we just kickes it at the house.. :D

... Lucky mofo, seein chicks with no tops. Oh wel, i'm glad I avoided the massive drunk dangerous people. I don't agree with drinking and operating machinery in extreme conditions.

Stay away from PSH and Dump Bump and you won't have a problem. The only times I was ever concerned was when I was at the Parties just off Sand Flats road. Nothing scairer then Spunky driving... :D

Someone verrify this, was MTV really down there? I heard they would be awhile ago, then it got shot down by the City of Comerse or what ever.

No, no rumors.... ;)

Yea, I was at Potato Salad all day saturday until about 3, then went to bump dump. Then I saw quite a few cops headed over to Potato Salad. And then, traffic jam galore. Did anyone hear why the cops shut it down, besides the fact that lots and lots of drunk people and vehiles rolling are not good combos? I am curious!

i thought they closed it because some drunk girl was running around naked on PSH. me and an idahoian stayed at the RV park (no fee!). we did Hell's Revenge on friday and i about tipped right over on that last obstacle (you know, that off-camber and up-hill thing). then that night i learned how to play poker. saturday we did golden spike coming from gemini bridges. 40 minutes after the crack my currie "heavy duty" trac bar broke at the axle weld! stupid currie. the weld was like glue - it didn't penetrate into the joint at all! luckily right before dark a guy came thru with an onboard welder and fixed it up better than it was. used a body mount bolt to attach it frame side since the grade 8 was sheared in half. then drove back 250 miles on my jeep which desperately needed an alignment. all in all... the BEST time i've ever had! no lie.

Whew!!!! Just rolled into town and what a trip we had! We ended up running Steel Bender, Golden Spike, Moab Rim (twice), Hells Revenge (walked tip-over challenge open!), Poision Spider, and part of Cliff Hanger.

The damage report for me was, a couple of new clunks, and a busted front ring-gear. Somehow the bearing caps came loose and the gear got chiped when I was bumpin' a ledge on Poison Spider today.

But there was a little more excitment on Moab Rim one of the nights that we ran it. I will let Moabrat tell you all what happened but I will say that fixing it required new spark plugs.;)

I will post up some pics when I get them onto my computer.

Did you run with a group that had Brandon's Anarchy stickers on your windshields? If so, we might have passed you comming out of Cliff Hanger as you guys were going in... I didn't really pay attention to the rigs, but I saw the stickers.

Ask Brandon about our lame ass campfire. :D

Yeah there were about 4 rigs that had the Anarchy stickers on them. What rigs were you in? Please don't say that you were with that group of Bronco's. Those guys took 45 mins to drive over the last two obstacles! When we turned around because the safari was coming down it took us like 10 mins to get 5 rigs though and 3 of them were open! And nobody took a strap!

no, we weren't with the bronco's. We passed them, twice. Once on the way in and again on the way out. Our group had my Grey cherokee on 38's (red internal cage, no doors), a big white IH Scout on 42's, red SAS'd Pathefinder on 35's, White Toyota on 37's, a brown Ranger on 36's, and a Yellow YJ.

We drove out of the trail as you guys were parked on the road waiting to go in.
