If that's the place on the right hand side just as you're coming into town, right before Slickrock, be leery of the guy who runs that place, he's a total POS FAWKER!!! Hates Jeepers. No visitors allowed, and he calls the cops on a whim. I know personally on that one.

i am with joe on this one(it is not very often that i agree with him) we stay there every year. they are very friendly to jeepers, just follow the rules, it is a nice quiet campground, great for the whole family.

as for visitors, they do allow them, just on a limited basis, this is a quote from there web site,

"We believe park facilities should be
enjoyed by only paid guests. Visitors
are permitted on a VERY limited basis
and must depart prior to 10 P.M."

We are staying at the River Canyon Lodge, it's off of main on the west side. The plan is to roll into town early afternoon on Thursday and then we'll take off Sunday night. Is anyone up for Rusty Nail, or anything of the like?
