I'm out on that as well. Didn't hear how it came about either.

Kurt, is he interested in running an article on the whole trip or just that incident?

The whole trip... the incident at the Outpost was neither noteworthy nor uncommon I'm told. It might make it into the Winter 2007 edition... or the Spring 2008 edition.

So what you're telling me Kurt when my crew launches in 16 days for the trip that I now need to make yet another modification to my new swing arm to carry a Jerry Can?!

I can tell you that all future trips I plan in the area will include plenty of fuel ;) Drive slowly and I'm sure she'll sell you fuel.

Kurt, I thought if you ran Bobby's hole you had to run Impossible Hill or am I mistaken on this? Also how hard is it going to be getting knotheads land yacht (Burb) through that last section of Lockhart?

Impossible Hill is completely optional, you go down it and have to come right back up it. The road was built to access an old stock reservoir in the canyon below.

I can't imagine having a problem getting a burb through? We had an 80 towing a rather large camp trailer, no issues there. With a bit of spotting he should be able to come down the section. Some rocker protection and bumpers on a long wheel base rig would be a plus IMO.
