What: Expedition Utah would like to invite you to join us for our November Summit.

With so many great articles getting posted on Expedition Utah all the time, we thought it was time to have a summit to allow some of our frequent travelers to share their trips live and in person. So come out and hear about some amazing adventures, ask questions and get ideas for your next Utah expedition!

When: Tuesday, November 15th at 6:00 PM

Where: Salt Lake City Main Library [map] Conference Room B.

Who: Anyone and everyone. Whether you're a seasoned traveler or someone just getting into exploring Utah's backcountry and varied historical sites we encourage you to come out.

What is Expedition Utah? Expedition Utah is a website and forum dedicated to vehicle assisted exploration of Utah's beautiful and varied backcountry. We strive to provide an online repository of information to help people plan their next adventures and a forum to let them discuss it with others who share their passion. Our monthly Summits are designed to move that experience off the computer and into the real world by highlighting aspects of Utah's history by visiting museums, historic sites and joining other groups who share our passion in different ways.

I'd like to come to one of these, but you all keep scheduling them right in the middle of my sleepytime. Is there anything going on that I'll kick myself for missing?

This month we're going to have some great trip reports that should be fun to hear. If you can wake up for it, should be fun.

Just to whet everyones whistle, we'll be having Roger (MOODY) providing us with a great presentation on why we go out and explore and Jared (iceaxe) talking about his latest trip to the Needles/Beef Basin region of Utah.
