Fair price for this '76 F150?

I don't know much about vehicles or what they're worth so I thought I'd ask the experts. I couldn't find any of those around so I came here instead.

I have a '76 F150 with no motor. It's not in the best shape but it's not trashed either. It would be for a rebuild or parts truck however it does have a Rancho 2.5" lift, which makes it about the size of a high boy, along with Rancho RS9000 shocks. It also has a flowmaster muffler and a limited slip ford 9" rear. The front bumper in the picture has been pulled and I am selling it separately.

My wife is, of course, trying to get me to take some poor sucker to the cleaners but I don't even know what a fair price is to ask and I don't want to take some poor guy to the cleaners.
Is $500 too much, too little? Give me your opinions please.

Four speed manual tranny and yes it does have the transfer case, not sure which model though, whatever was stock. The engine was a 390. Is has no tread left on the tires. With the lift 33's would fit easily.
Oops! Forgot the pics. Here they are.

44 frt worth about $150, Rear 9" about the same. Trans and transfer (205) are a dime a dozen, not real desirable any more. Rest of it is worth scrap prices....not a whole lot of value in them....PS box, maybe $100 if it has one....
Sorry :(
