Fall Colors, they're happening!

If you're one of those that like to get out during the changing of the colors, it's in full swing. Probably have a couple weeks before it's gone but if you want to get out and enjoy them, I'd suggest you do it soon. These are a few pics from up at my cabin this weekend:

I bet it's going to be awesome up there. Given that's a little higher (or a lot :D) than my cabin, I bet it's a little further along.

Wednesday Night in Moab, Thursday night in Silverton, Friday night in Ouray and Saturday night in Telluride. I can text you our actual routes tomorrow if you would like. There will be 5 of us, all JKUs. You are more than welcome to come along. We have no real timeline, just a group of very easy going people.

Harrison is coming down from Logan around noon and then we just have to see what time we can get out of here. It depends on whether I can leave before another family that is coming along with us. They seem to like to drive in groups but I would be game.
 
I need to get out and see the colors before they're gone, but with Trail Hero this weekend and Lake Powell next, it's pushing the window of opportunity.
 
We went for a nice drive yesterday up Weber Canyon to Taggarts for brunch. On the return trip we went over Trappers into the valley and down Ogden Canyon and the colors were gorgeous. My son wanted to put some test miles on his WJ so he and his wife were in it and me and my wife in our JKUR. All in all a great Sunday with family enjoying the outdoors. Didn't get off-road but it was still a great drive.

Copied this exact route yesterday, thanks for posting! My girlfriend and I ran it clockwise stopping to get dinner at Taggart's Grill. Awesome colors and great food!
