As far as fast food goes, Del Taco fish tacos are pretty good. They are the top item I order at that establishment. I consider myself a fish taco aficionado as I must try the dish whenever I see them on a menu.
Rubios has an awesome one, as the "fish taco especiale" is my fave, well, that an the Mahi Mahi burrito. Langastino Lobster burritos are awesome!
Hoppers has a great salmon fish taco, but then, you can get a fresh microbrew, so I'm sure that sways my opinion.
Hoppers fish and chips are out of this world! They offer them in 3 or 4 types of fish, but the Halibut is by far the best. Mmmmm.....
Salsa Leedos used to have a really good one on the menu, but removed it as nobody(except me) ordered it. They will still build them for you special request style, but their shrimp tacos are tasty also.
