FEELER: fully built high pinion dana 30

My dad is kicking around the idea of building narrowed dana 60 for his XJ.... This axle will bolt into any TJ, XJ, ZJ.

Yukon Air Locker- 30 spline
yukon 30 spline 4340 shafts
Spicer U joints
Yukon 4.88 gears
new ball joints
unit bearings are tight
new upper control arm bushings
new brakes

This axle is as built as you can get with a dana 30

Nope moving up from a 30 spline dana 30 to a dana 44 is not worth the work involved if I am going to go through the headache of doing 8 lug wheels and all that mumbo jumbo I will Build him a 60... I have a narrowed pro rock 60 that just needs outers

Is it trussed and/or sleeved, have the C's been gusseted? Looking at possible SAS options for the Montero.

The inner Cs have been gusseted no sleeve or truss... The housing is straight still.... for now
