Of course the worst part of that was driving back that night with the high beams stuck on.

Then, in that little area right before the waterfall, one of my home made Bumpstop/spring retainers broke as I was driving up. So I took a ratchet strap and tied the spring to the frame at the top, and shock mount at the bottom, and we were good for the rest of the trip. I did at some point puncture the gas tank, and I'm not sure where. I'm going to pull the skid plate and try to figure out where it is leaking, and start looking for fuel cells for the upcoming engine swap.

The truss from BHR and the 4 link worked perfectly. I got excellent traction, and flex out of it, and we litterally installed it in 2 nights. That is the way to go.

Took just a few more pictures when I was in today.


An Acura MDX that had some heavy front end damage. Must have been a borderline total. Jacks shop has it mounted to the frame rack and clamped in palce. Then the front end has mostly been removed, the frame/unibody thing cut off, and the work starts.








A very cool mustang, that already looked great was in the shop so Jack and crew can repaint and change the way the strips look










And some plastics that were in for some new paint. Hey Jack post some photos when these are done would ya?
