For WA state it's not just this year, it's on going.
If UT is only doing for fire control, then I can understand that logic to a point. What about the smaller, safe and sane ones?
I'll be honest. I've never known what fireworks were considered legal or illegal in UT. I've seen everything from safe and sane, ground works, to things that shoot in the air and go bang.
So are the off the ground and explosion type typically legal in UT? Or is it safe and sane only, and those others are brought in from WY or other places? If so, then the guy used a typically illegal firework to light your neighbors house up and an exception to the rule. I'm more pissed about the safe and sane stuff being illegal - you know, stuff that does not leave the ground and does not explode.
My son can not even use those little white q tip looking things here that you toss on the ground and go bang.
So you guys are hurting for rain? You can have some of ours
