we took the spark plugs out and turned it on. my buddy said he say some water come out. i changed my air-filter and no bolts are loose. everything is running fine now, but my check engine light is still on. i want the dealership wont turn it off until they fix the problem. is there any places that will reset the light without them checking for problems? are there any cheap places to do alignments? i know of russ's alignment. they are the cheapest and best i have went through.

Take it to a Larry H Miller dealership...they've always reset my computers for me with no hassel.

Funny, same thing happened to my 4.3 this year, except I drove through a river and locked it up....got it running but the Check engine light was on and it made a very quiet knock. Took it in to the dealer they decarboned it and reset the ECU, two weeks later I pulled out of the wendy's in Heber, and bam sounds like I am running over plate glass... I get out and I have thrown a rod and shattered the oil pan.

Bad news is I missed the dear hunt, good news is I got a new engine under warrenty :)

Glad you got it running smooth again...

I thought all K&N's were servicable, and if they are worn out, they are warrantied... look into it... AZ will warranty it... :D

Yeah, I read into their warranty and it says if vehicle is used off-road it voids the warranty! But It won't hurt to try it at autozone. Thanks for the tip!

I'de like to see one of the $6/hour nerds at AutoZone prove you used it off road.... especially with all the construction we have lately... :D ;)
