I see. Are you going to use round tube like that one? And d-plate?

The Main Box would be square tube for ease of working with, everything else would be Round.

I probably wouldn't use Diamond Plate, unless I can get it Powdercoated Black.......

You could use POR15, if not d-plate, wood? some oak would look sweet, different.

No POR 15 in the sun, will fade and look bad in a week. I don't think wood looks right on a rock crawler, if it was a 56' Ford thats different, but not a crawler. Go aluminum, thick aluminum.

I totally agree on both counts, I did my rear bumper w/ POR15 and if fades quick. And Wood just doesn't belong......
