hey guys my n ame is john and i live in sandy oregon i drive a 1984 ford ranger with a 302,np436,np208 and stock axles for now i am in the middle of finding all the parts i need to do the d30 swap and the 8.8 swap in the rear it also has a 7 inch lift and 35 inch pro comp m/ts

USA-All:- Local legislation, action alerts, lobbying, etc
U4WDA: On the ground actions. Service projects, education, club training, broadcasting the needs of Usa-All, UFWDA & BRC to its member clubs. Require clubs to be members of Usa-All, UFWDA & BRC, tie it into dues.
Member Clubs: Rides, education, hats, jackets, newsletters, raffles, etc. Require membership in U4WDA
Individuals: Join a club and promote responsible use amongst fellow travelers.

the only reason is that this site is nearly all utahns. and i have seen another ranger like that with that same abs plastic hood scoop running around here. but at a second glance the one i saw was tan colored.

i love to see rbvs that have v8 swaps instead of that god-awful 4.0 (11hp gain), and have stock axles. all over the rbv sites it's like "you can't do a 4.0 swap for 11hp (much less a v8) without swappping axles first.you're going to blow them........" (if they say it on the internet it must be true right?)

i love to see rbvs that don't have aspirations of a d35 ttb swap.

based on your hood scoop configuration it appears that you have a carbureted 302? and future plans to change that? is the hood scoop merely cosmetic? or do you have fuel injection that just has an air intake that routes to an air box that draws through that hood scoop?
