my buddy texted me today, and said they closed forest lake tail is this ture?

I doubt it but it wouldn't surprise me if they closed it for a few more weeks till it dries up fully.

maybe he was confused with Pittsburgh Lake (which has been closed for several years)

Man, that is a whole lot less snow than I imagined there would be. How is Mineral Basin or did you not go up there?
