Frame/Tub for new project

I'm looking for a new project. I'd like to start with just a frame and a tub. I'd be interested in any of the following (in order):

TJ
4dr Tacoma
JK
YJ
other (FJ, patrol, etc)

I was thinking meat or badger's, but I know it's been a while since either of them had it.

It says "Mike" on the ad. I'd assume it's his
