Fraud Alert BEWARE PLEASE!!!

Please do not by any means order from America's Choice Reader Service PO Box 89 Great Falls, MT 59403. These SOB's have made it impossible to cancel your order, and have a way of wording there "agreement" that legally binds you to there FIVE year contract coming to a total of 558.97$. The BBB is of no help as of yet, this company has over 6 names in 4 locations and every one of them has a fraud alert attached.

We were unfortunatly taken (well the wife was). They have 2 ways of contact, phone and in person. The in person also has a scam way of legally binding you to this order. They have a "donation" that your allowed to make with "no legal contract" which we did, since, well we used to be nice.

Can I ask what they are selling?
My wife got suckered into the ??Book of Morman stories?? videos and we had to pay them off to get out of that deal, wasn't too happy about that deal either.
Moral(for me): read the whole contract, all of it, and know what your getting into first.

I tried to find out what it is....looks like a magazine subscription over the phone type of deal. I'm not susceptible to that type of selling, so I won't have a problem with this company--but it's not bad info to have around for someone.

If so, dispute the charges with your credit card company.

yes, DO THIS... most contracts have clauses that state that it supercedes any other written or verbal agreement... it doesn't matter what the salesman says, it's what you signed that counts :-\ in most of these situations, you either have to pay out or live with crappy credit for the rest of your life

hmm, now that I'm thinking about it, I subscribed to National Geographic Explorer in November on a discount website and I haven't seen the rag show up yet. I guess I should go and check in on that.
