Friend needs help. Toyota rear diff probs

Anyone know of someone that can rebuild a rear third for a elocker rear diff out of a 2006 tacoma? A family friend is on a road trip and the pinion bearing went out on them every shop I’ve called are a couple days out and they’d like to get back on the road.

Where would one get gears? Could you do the whole job or do you want the 3rd removed?
