where were we notified? In a thread? I'm still not happy about it, this is insane. The government has gotten too big. Kinda like how congress is exempt from their own heal care bill. Ironic that these environmental assessments don't apply when removing a road or trail.

This is the same one. When I posted this I read the original date instead of tying the two together. The original post in March was from BRC.
